If you're reading this, chances are you're exactly where I once was. Excited, a little nervous, and wondering whether one beauty course could become something much bigger.
I started with no salon, no team and no experience running a beauty business. Just a dream, a willingness to learn, and the determination to create something I was proud of.
My goal as your educator is to shorten your learning journey, make you feel supported, and give you the practical skills, confidence and business guidance I wish I'd had when I first started. Here's a little look at my journey.
My journey into the industry.
2021
Where it all began.Completed my HSC, began my Bachelor of Business at UTS, completed my Eyelash Extension and Lash Lift & Brow courses, and opened Vlach Beauty while subleasing inside a laser clinic.
2022
Building momentum.Continued studying full-time, grew my clientele, introduced Brow Lamination to my service menu and became a Local Business Awards finalist.
2023
Expanding my services.Entered my second year of university, introduced Lash Botox, continued growing my clientele and became a finalist in the Local Business Awards, Australian Small Business Champion Awards and ABIA.
2024
Stepping into education.Became an educator, launched in-person training, invested further into my business and education systems, continued university and received further awards recognition.
2025
Turning the dream into reality.Graduated from UTS, moved into operating Vlach Beauty full-time, expanded my education programs, launched online courses, introduced Korean Lash Lifts, created a product line and began renovating my dream salon.

Your two-day training journey.
Once your deposit is paid, your learning begins online. You will then complete two practical training days at Vlach Beauty, from foundational exercises and live models through to photography, business coaching and certification.

Build control with isolation, pickup, adhesive dipping and clean attachment movements before progressing to mannequin work.

Practise eye-pad placement, mapping, isolation, attachment and direction on a mannequin before working on your first live model.

Complete your first full set on a live model with personalised support, correction and feedback throughout the service.

Do I need previous experience?
No. This course is beginner friendly and teaches the treatment from the foundations through to professional application.
How many live models will I complete?
You will complete two live student models after watching the trainer demonstration.
Do I receive the products shown in the starter kit?
Yes. The course includes the Lash Botox starter kit shown in the dedicated kit section, valued over $250.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You will receive an official Certificate of Completion at the end of your training day.
