I started with no salon, no team, and no experience running a beauty business. Just a dream, a willingness to learn, and the determination to create something I was proud of.

Continued studying full-time, grew my clientele, introduced Brow Lamination to my service menu and became a Local Business Awards finalist.
Entered my second year of university, introduced Lash Botox, continued growing my clientele and became a finalist in the Local Business Awards, Australian Small Business Champion Awards and ABIA.
Became an educator, launched in-person training, invested further into my business and education systems, continued university and received further awards recognition.
Graduated from UTS, moved into operating Vlach Beauty full-time, expanded my education programs, launched online courses, introduced Korean Lash Lifts, created a product line and began renovating my dream salon.
Opened my dream Vlach Beauty salon, won the Local Business Awards and Australian Small Business Champion Awards, continued expanding education and attended a business retreat that helped shape the next chapter of the brand.
